• Provision of a new VRF air conditioning systems to level 1 and level 3 including fan coil units, cassettes, condensers

• Provision of a new DX air conditioning system to Level 5 classrooms including cassette units, FCU’s, condensers,

• Provision of comms room air conditioning system including cassette units, under ceiling FCU’s, condensers

• Provision of toilet exhaust systems,

• Provision of outdoor air systems, including fans, internally insulated ductwork, acoustic wrapping, pressure sensors, C02 sensors, grilles, registers and dampers.

The Building Management System (BMS), incorporating Direct Digital Control (DDC), control functions, switching, monitoring and high level interface with proprietary control systems for the following building services:

• All mechanical services plant and equipment including the following

• Comms room DX air conditioning systems

• VRF air conditioning systems

• Temporary DX air conditioning systems

• Exhaust systems

• Outdoor air systems

• C02 monitoring systems

• Electrical services

• Fire Services

• Hydraulic services
