The redevelopment consisted a new Prep Building, K1 Building, K2&K3Building, and Toilet Block, outdoor play areas, and existing Lingwood House for staff area and associated amenities. The new buildings will be designed to comply with the Passive House certification. The mechanical system installed by Lewcon Air included:

 

• VRF (variable refrigerant flow) heat recovery air conditioning system for new buildings

• Outside air system with Passive House Institute certified energy recovery ventilators for the new systems

• Toilet exhaust system

• Air cooled reverse cycle wall mounted air conditioning systems for existing Lingwood House

• Ceiling fan for Comms room at existing Lingwood House
